Welcome to LivingWell Brighton!
Our health club is ideally located near the iconic Brighton Pier. You can find us on Kings Road and there is parking available on site.
LivingWell Brighton has a fully equipped gym filled with a range of cardio machines including Peloton bikes. The strength area boasts a range of machines, dumbbells, barbells, and more to ensure you get a well-rounded workout. And of course, our fully qualified Personal Trainers on hand for any advice.
After a vigorous gym session, there’s no better place to relax than our pool and spa area. With an indoor swimming pool, heated spa bath, sauna and steam room, it’s the perfect way to unwind!
Members at our club receive free personalised fitness plans, access to a range of exercise classes each week and a complimentary towel on each visit.

Exciting News: Changing Room Renovation!
We’re excited to announce that we’ll be renovating the changing rooms, starting on September 2nd. The renovation will include new walls, fixtures, and improved bathroom amenities, all aimed at enhancing your overall experience at LivingWell Brighton Health Club. During this period, we’ll keep members informed and minimise any inconvenience. Additionally, we’re upgrading locker locks from electric to manual padlocks, so be sure to bring a padlock with you or you can grab one from reception for a small cost.

*Please note that there must be at least 1 adult (over 18 years old) supervising in the water per 2 children (under 16 years old) at all times.
*You must wear suitable swimwear when using poolside facilities, including sauna and steam room
*You must wear suitable sports clothing and training shoes when using the fitness centre

Junior Swimming/Child

Swimming is a great way to keep fit and learn essential water safety skills. Kids from ages 3 - 15 have unlimited access to the swimming pool during children’s hours (check these with the club), and children under 3 swim for free! Junior swimmers are subject to the supervision policy – find out more at your local club.
