LivingWell Nottingham is perfectly situated in the heart of Nottingham city centre.
Our gym area has a range of cardio machines including a Peloton bike. And the strength area boasts a range of machines, dumbbells, barbells, and more to ensure you get a well-rounded workout. Whichever type of workout you choose, our team of friendly instructors are on hand to provide you with expert advice to help you achieve your goals.
As well as fantastic gym facilities, we have an inviting indoor pool area along with a steam room and sauna, perfect for rest and recovery after a hard workout.
