Our gym area is newly refurbished and has a range of cardio machines including Peloton bikes. The strength are boasts a range of resistance machines, Dumbbells and a state of the art BOX12 Unit that allows you to follow workouts which include Boxing, Resistance HIIT and much more! We Pride ourselves on providing you with a well rounded workout. Our team of friendly instructors look forward to welcoming you and providing you with expert advice to help you achieve your goals.
As well as fantastic gym facilities, we have an inviting indoor pool area along with a steam room and sauna, perfect for rest and recovery after a hard workout.
Members at our club receive free personalised fitness plans, access to a range of exercise classes each week, complimentary towels, free parking & a discount in the bar and restaurant area in the Hilton.

Please Note:
*That there must be at least 1 adult (over 18 years old) supervising in the water per 2 children (under 16 years old) at all times.
*You must wear suitable swimwear when using poolside facilities, including sauna and steam room
*All are required to shower before use of the pool and in-between use of the sauna, steam and pool.
*Food is not permitted on poolside or inside the sauna and steam room
*You must wear suitable sports clothing and training shoes when using the Fitness Centre
*2 hours complimentary Car Parking only
